We present a home-style interpretation of a cocktail from the seasonal cocktail list. It's a batch prepared mix that is bursting with flavours of the Christmas time, rendering it ideal for your festive gathering. Reserve the remaining citrus syrup you can use for breakfast cocktails, sweets, or to mix more rounds of this cocktail.

For the Cordial: Place the listed items inside a saucepan, bring to a light boil, mixing until the sugar dissolves. Then, take off the heat and leave to cool down entirely. Decant to a sealable bottle, seal keeping it in the fridge, where it will keep for about one month.
For the Cocktail Base: Combine all the spirits and syrup into a big jug, allow it to infuse for an hour, then pass it through , ideally through cheesecloth, so it's completely strained.
To serve: Add 85ml from the cocktail base into a mixing glass packed with ice, gently stirring lightly for about 60 seconds until cold. Filter into a cold coupe glass or equivalent, top with a few cranberries and finish with a light spray of the essential oil over the top.
